We are pleased to offer our guests exclusive group rates at the Marquis resort. Choose from a variety of suites, with every room on the property providing an ocean view! Rates are valid as early as June 2nd, 2025 to as late as June 11th, 2025.
NOTE: This exclusive rate requires a nonrefundable deposit for a two-night stay, charged at booking to the credit card on file. The remaining balance will be charged to the same card 20 days before arrival.

- Booking Deadline: All guests must book by March 31st at the very latest, as the room block hold will be lifted after this date. After that, room availability cannot be guaranteed.

1. Travel Insurance: Highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
2. Passport Requirements: Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended departure date. This is a common requirement for international travel and helps avoid any issues at immigration.
3. Currency: The local currency is the Mexican Peso (MXN), but U.S. dollars are widely accepted. It’s a good idea to have some local currency for smaller vendors and tips.
4.Health and Safety: The resort provides safe drinking water and bottled water in the rooms.
5. Weather: Cabo San Lucas enjoys warm weather year-round. In June, temperatures typically range from 75°F to 90°F. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable clothing.
6. Electricity: Mexico uses the same electrical outlets and voltage (110V) as the United States, so no adapters are needed.
